Refund Policy

At Next Level IPTV, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you encounter any technical or sales issues, feel free to reach out to us. Our dedicated technical support team aims to resolve your concerns promptly. In the rare event that your issue remains unresolved within 15 business days, you are eligible for a refund of the remaining service duration.

Please note our cancellation fees:

  • £3.00 for monthly plans
  • £5.00 for quarterly plans
  • £10.00 for bi-annual plans
  • £15.00 for annual plans

Refunds are applicable only for technical issues originating from our side. However, refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • If the issue is unrelated to our technical capabilities (e.g., device malfunction, poor internet connection)
  • Violation of our terms and conditions resulting in account suspension
  • Partial refunds may be granted for unused subscription periods in certain cases
  • Refunds are not applicable if you report stream quality issues within 7 days of a trial, as the same streams are used for both trials and paid subscriptions
  • MAC-activated devices cannot be switched, only M3U playlist-based devices are eligible for switching with the same subscription
